With more than 15 years of experience leading recruiting across public and private companies, we have hired across levels from early career roles to senior executives. Our work spans corporate, product, content, marketing, media, and e commerce environments. We specialize in building recruiting functions that balance candidate experience, hiring quality, interview rigor, and business outcomes.

What differentiates our approach is operational depth. We have led hands on recruiting across major ATS platforms, built recruiting programs from the ground up, hired and trained recruiters, and implemented interview training that improves decision quality. This experience allows us to move quickly while designing processes that hold under growth.

As a first generation college graduate and corporate leader turned founder, I bring direct experience navigating corporate expectations, unspoken norms, and the realities of power, trust, and perception. That perspective informs a coaching approach grounded in practicality, self awareness, and strategy.

Coaching engagements focus on helping leaders strengthen decision making, communication, and presence so they can operate effectively within complex organizations while staying aligned to their values and goals.
